1. POSITION: FRONT DESK OFFICER – MEDICAL SECRETARY

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Wellcome guesses; Advising customers to choose appropriate medical examination and treatment services.
- To assist patients in registering a new patient or modifying their personal information in compliance with procedures effectively and professionally.
- Assist the Guest in ensuring maximum satisfaction for patients and visitors during their stay at Yersin.
- Receive, answer and connect incoming phone calls via the operator.
- Prepare health check documents according to the health check-up program provided by Yersin.
- Double check all information to ensure the guest has completed the service before leaving Yersin.
- Follow up and remind customers who have not completed the examination package yet.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- Graduated from college at least in hospitality management; Medical Secretary; College/University degree in a major foreign language;
- Careful, precise, & detailed;
- Speaking good English would be an advantage;
- Professional appearance & demeanor, polite;
- Soft, inspiring voice.

2. POSITION: GENERAL INTERNAL MEDICINE – NEUROENDOCRINOLOGIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Participating in medical examination and treatment of General Internal Medicine and Neuroendocrinology;
- Participating in annual health check-ups according to the company's examination packages;
- Participating in the development of treatment protocols within the scope of expertise;
- Participating in rotating emergency tasks as scheduled by the Medical Director;
- In charge of medical records, results of individual customers, corporate customers, and insurance records;
- Developing and chairing training programs on topics in Internal Medicine, Neurology & other fields (if any) for Nursing, Medical, Secretary, Sales, Marketing, Insurance & Customer Services teams;
- Collaborated with Marketing Department to develop programs with specialized content on Internal Medicine & Neurology, chairing seminars on Internal Neurology fields;
- Reporting directly to the Board of Directors & Medical Director.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- Male/Female: Must have graduated from a recognized Medical University in the country, got a specialization degree in Internal Medicine or Neurology;
- Good command of English
- Honest; enthusiasm; responsibility;
- Experienced in the same position for at least 10 years.
